Bernie P.M.  Willems is the founder of Marketing & Technology Consult B.V..

Mr. Willems has over 15 years of experience in the international field of Business-to-Business marketing and sales management. He held successful positions as Managing Director, General Manager, Marketing Director, Sales manager and Key Account Manager in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry, covering most of Europe, Middle East and Africa. His most recent position in the industry was as Director of marketing for Copeland GmbH, a division of Emerson Electric and worldwide market leader in refrigeration compressor technology.

Recent assignments include developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, Market research, Product development and market introduction, Developing and implementing distribution strategies,  Building and setting up new distribution networks and Interim management in a variety of marketing and sales positions.

As a native Dutch, Bernie Willems has lived in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and is fluent in written and spoken Dutch, English and German. He also speaks some Italian and French.

He has traveled and worked extensively throughout Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Bernie P.M. Willems studied Business administration, HVAC engineering and Mechanical engineering on well respected business schools in the Netherlands.
