Industrial marketing is one of our core competences. We concentrates on business-to-business markets and technical products in the HVAC & R segment and provide three basic services:
1. Market studies.
These studies include evaluation of new product opportunities; investigations of market potential; distribution channel analysis; competitive analysis; and merger and acquisition studies. Studies range from strategic studies involving in-depth face-to-face executive interviews, to exploratory assessments of the market opportunities for new technologies.
2. Strategic planning.
Plans are based on the findings of the market study and are formulated around specific market segments. In effect, this approach dictates a strategic plan for each segment that has been identified as a growth opportunity, and insures company-wide participation in the process. Included as part of the strategic plan is a management information system which keeps the plan visible and on target.
3. Plan implementation.
This phase consists of on-site work with client personnel in the execution of the plan. Experience (both from industry and from the consulting field) dictates that this is the neglected area of most strategic plans. The execution phase addresses the problems inherent in the transition between theory and practice and insures that strategic planning becomes a company process and not just a yearly event.
